19th Congress of geologists of Serbia – First Announcement

We are pleased to inform you that the 19th Serbian Geological Congress will be held at Bor Lake, in Hotel “Jezero”, from June 3 to June 6, 2026, organized by the Serbian Geological Society and the Faculty of Mining and Geology, University of Belgrade, under the slogan “Geology for Sustainable Solutions.”
The Congress continues a long-standing tradition of bringing together experts from geology and related disciplines to exchange knowledge and experience and to promote modern approaches to geological research and application. The program will include a plenary session, scientific and professional sessions, panel discussions or round tables, workshops, a photo exhibition (based on a photo competition), a congress excursion, and other accompanying activities. Special emphasis will be placed on supporting young researchers and enhancing the public visibility of the geological profession.
Members of the Serbian Geological Society who have paid their membership fees for the past two years are entitled to additional registration fee discounts, provided they complete early registration for the Congress.
