EU Soil Monitoring Law Task Group

Dear all,

The European Federation of Geologists gladly signed the EU Soil Manifesto when the European Commission requested it. Please see the file.

To actively demonstrate commitment to the manifesto, the board has kindly asked me to form and appoint members for the EU Soil Health Act Task Group as part of the Panel of Experts on Soil Protection activities.

I will be chairing the Task Group and within this role, I will coordinate, manage and delegate EFG work and actions related to the published  Proposal for a Soil Monitoring Law.

To be effective and agile, the number of the Task Group will be of maximum seven (nr 7) members.

To the ones that are interested, please let me know by the end of Friday’s business day. While we deeply appreciate and value every expression of interest, please note that this does not guarantee automatic inclusion in the task group. The process will take into consideration various factors to ensure the formation of a well-rounded and effective team.
